3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed.

In the event of an obvious pricing, technical, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order. If payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order and completing payment does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of the order.

An order is considered accepted once it has been successfully confirmed and processed by GIGACAMPS SUPPLY SDN. BHD.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable circumstances.

5. Payment

Full payment must be made through the payment methods available on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing for wholesale or business customers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and payment information.

All online transactions may be processed through third-party payment gateways or financial institutions. GIGACAMPS SUPPLY SDN. BHD. is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by external payment service providers beyond our reasonable control.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, logistics providers, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete.

Additional charges may apply for redelivery caused by incorrect information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to receive the goods.

7. Inspection of Goods

Customers should inspect their goods promptly upon receipt.

Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order, together with reasonable supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.

Claims submitted after this period may be subject to review and may not be accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
