Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed, packed, shipped, or specially ordered from a supplier.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be accepted.

For wholesale, bulk, customised, pre-order, or specially sourced products, cancellations may not be accepted once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made, particularly where procurement or preparation has already begun.

If a cancellation is approved, any refund will be subject to applicable administrative fees, payment processing charges, delivery costs, or other expenses already incurred, where applicable.

GIGACAMPS SUPPLY SDN. BHD. reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent transactions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any payment received for the affected order will be refunded where applicable.

By placing an order with GIGACAMPS SUPPLY SDN. BHD., the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
