Refund Policy

All products sold by GIGACAMPS SUPPLY SDN. BHD. are subject to the following refund terms:

Products sold are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods and provide relevant proof, including photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or defect.

Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and approval by GIGACAMPS SUPPLY SDN. BHD. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, together with all accessories and components, where applicable.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
• Products that have been used, modified, damaged, or returned incomplete.
• Clearance, promotional, or specially ordered products where stated as non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
