Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item:

• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they have been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your items. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, digital downloads, and items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons are final sale.
